How to run sprint planning: sprint goal, capacity calculation, backlog pull, and commitment. The ceremony that sets up execution.

Knowledge Check: How is sprint capacity calculated?

The 15-minute daily coordination event: what it is, what it is not, and how to run it so it stays useful instead of becoming a status report.

Knowledge Check: What three questions guide the Daily Scrum?

How to run a sprint review: what the team demonstrates, how stakeholder feedback is collected, and how it feeds backlog refinement.

Knowledge Check: Who attends the sprint review?

The ceremony for continuous improvement: how to run a retrospective that produces actionable team changes, not just complaints.

Knowledge Check: What is the output of a sprint retrospective?

Includes: Retrospective Template

Course FAQ

No. This is a practical Agile and Scrum course for working professionals. It does not prepare you for CSM, PSM, or any Scrum certification exam.

Some modules apply directly to Kanban (backlog management, retrospectives). The sprint-specific modules are Scrum-focused. A Kanban-specific course is in the PMOstart roadmap.

This course covers the Scrum framework broadly. Product Owner Foundations goes deeper on the Product Owner role, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
