Most retainer work is delivered remotely. Onsite visits can be arranged and are scoped separately based on frequency, location, and requirements.
Yes. The PMO Launch Sprint at $7,500 is a fixed-fee 30-day engagement that stands up the PMO operating model. Many clients move to a retainer after the sprint to maintain and mature what was built.
Month one includes a current-state assessment, stakeholder interviews, and operating model design. The portfolio dashboard and reporting cadence are live by the end of week three. The first steering report is delivered in week four.
