Refund Policy
How refunds work for templates, courses, and services.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled across PMOstart offerings. Specific terms for paid templates, courses, and memberships will be finalized when those products launch.
Digital templates and downloads
Because digital templates are delivered instantly and can be copied, sales are generally final. If a file is corrupted, fails to download, or is materially not as described, contact us within fourteen days and we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item. (Exact window is a placeholder pending final policy.)
Courses and learning
Where courses are offered for purchase, refund eligibility and any satisfaction window will be stated on the course page at the time of purchase. As a placeholder, self-paced courses may be eligible for a refund within fourteen days of purchase if substantially uncompleted.
Memberships and subscriptions
Subscription billing terms, renewal, and cancellation are described in the Subscription Terms. Subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable, and cancellation stops future billing. (Placeholder pending final policy.)
Professional services
Services are delivered under a separate agreement. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Any deposit, milestone, or cancellation terms will be set out in the applicable Statement of Work.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email service@pmostart.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within two business days.
